  • Contract — where processing is necessary to complete a vehicle sale/purchase with you.

Submitted data is received via email and stored securely. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website uses Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors reach us through our advertising and whether they go on to submit an enquiry. This involves a small tracking cookie set by Google (via Google Site Kit / gtag.js) which records when a form is submitted after a visit from one of our ads. No personal data submitted in the form itself is shared with Google as part of this tracking — it only records that a conversion event occurred.

This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve a transfer of your IP address to Google.

We do not currently use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel, and we do not use tracking cookies for retargeting or third-party advertising beyond the Google Ads conversion tracking described above.
